At Bana Studio Ossas SL, the work displayed on faces.bana.studio is delivered exclusively as digital creative Services.

We do not sell physical goods, and we do not process purchases directly through the Website.

All projects begin only after a client requests a quotation and explicitly approves the proposed scope of work.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds apply to our Service-based projects, including AI-generated model images, visual assets, campaigns, and custom creative work.

 

1. No Refunds for Delivered Digital Services

Because our work involves custom creative production, including strategy, direction, design, and AI-generated image creation, all payments made after a quotation is accepted are non-refundable once production has begun.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • time spent

  • creative or strategic work

  • AI-generated images or models

  • digital assets already delivered

  • partial progress on ongoing projects

  • bespoke or custom model creation

This is standard practice for creative and digital services.

 

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel your project before we begin production without any penalty.

A project is considered “not yet started” only when:

  • no creative work has been carried out

  • no images or assets have been produced

  • no ideation, moodboards, or preparation has been performed

If you cancel at this stage, no fees will be charged unless otherwise stated in your quotation.

 

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once production begins — including research, creative direction, AI exploration, test renders, or any asset creation — the project becomes non-refundable, even if:

  • you decide not to use the assets

  • you change creative direction

  • internal priorities change

  • the final result differs from your initial expectations (within the agreed scope)

If the project is cancelled mid-production, you may still be responsible for:

  • partial fees proportional to work completed

  • full payment if your quotation specifies it

  • additional costs for external tools or resources already used

 

4. Changes to Scope or Revisions

Revisions are governed by the terms of your quotation.

Your quotation may specify:

  • number of included revision rounds

  • what constitutes a revision vs. a new scope

  • additional fees for extra revisions

  • delivery timelines for changes

Changing the scope of a project after approval may:

  • incur additional costs

  • extend delivery timelines

Refunds do not apply if you change direction after work has begun.

 

5. Delivery Issues

Since all assets are delivered digitally, refunds cannot be issued for:

  • email delivery failures

  • spam filtering

  • expired links

  • delays caused by the client not being available to review or approve work

We will always resend files or restore access if needed.

 

6. Technical Errors or Mistakes

If Bana Studio Ossas SL makes an error that:

  • is strictly technical, and

  • prevents you from using the delivered materials as agreed

…we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are not offered as a remedy; corrections or replacements are.

 

7. No Refunds for Custom AI Models

Custom AI model creation is a fully bespoke service.

Once initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of stage.

This includes:

  • training and refinement

  • model identity development

  • brand-specific look creation

  • exclusive digital persona creation

 

8. Digital Asset Licensing

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • purchased usage rights

  • exclusive licensing

  • extended licensing

  • custom rights granted through your project agreement

All licensing terms remain in effect even if you stop using the assets.
