Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

At Bana Studio Ossas SL, the Website faces.bana.studio allows users to explore AI-generated models and creative Services, select the options they are interested in, and request a quotation.

These selections are considered purchase options or intent-to-buy indicators, not actual purchases.

This policy explains how users may cancel these selections.

 

1. What Is Considered a “Purchase Option”?

A “purchase option” includes any of the following actions performed on the Website:

  • Selecting one or more AI-generated models

  • Selecting one or more Services

  • Adding items to a favorites list or a quote list

  • Saving project preferences

  • Initiating a quotation request

  • Filling forms to request more information

These actions do not create a contract, do not generate a payment obligation, and do not constitute a purchase.

 

2. You May Cancel Any Purchase Option at Any Time

Because purchase options are non-binding and exclusively informative, users may:

  • delete their selections,

  • remove saved models or Services,

  • cancel a quotation request before it is approved,

  • or simply stop the process without penalty.

No fees apply for cancelling purchase options.

 

3. Cancellation Before Quotation Approval

If you request a quotation and decide not to continue, you may cancel freely by:

  • ignoring the quotation,

  • replying that you do not wish to move forward,

  • or requesting cancellation via email.

There is no cost for cancelling at this stage.

A project only becomes binding when you formally approve the quotation.

 

4. Cancellation After Quotation Approval

Once the quotation is approved:

  • the project is considered accepted,

  • production may begin,

  • and cancellation is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services (not this one).

If work has started, cancellation may incur costs.

 

5. Account-Based Cancellations

If you have a user account, you may cancel your purchase options by:

  • removing items from your selection

  • deleting saved models

  • deactivating your quote list

  • closing your account entirely.

  • emailg us.

If you close your account, all pending options are automatically cancelled.

 

6. How to Cancel

To cancel any purchase option or quotation request, simply contact:

7. No Fees, No Obligations

Cancelling purchase options:

  • does not involve any cost,

  • does not affect future access to the Website,

  • does not create any contractual obligations,

  • and does not affect your ability to request new quotations in the future.
